Picking up materials for 'distance education' (17-03)
Dear parent(s)/ guardian(s),
As you have been able to read from the previous mail, we want to start working with distance education from Wednesday. We want to align as much as possible with the normal course of events that is known to the children. So we work with the usual materials and workbooks. We invite you to collect these physical materials for all children in the family on Tuesday morning (tomorrow) in the classroom. This is not the case for the children of grade 1 and 2, there are no physical materials to be picked up. We assume that these precious materials are handled with care. We want to do this in phases to ensure that there are not too many people in the building at once. We ask you to arrange someone else to pick up the materials in case you are not able to pick up the materials because of health issues. Below in the schedule, you will find the time in which you can pick up these materials. The schedule is based on the first letter of your family/last name:
08:45 – 09:15 A-B-C-D
09:15 – 09:45 E-F-G-H
09:45 – 10:15 I-J-K-L
10:15 – 10:45 M-N-O-P
10:45 – 11:15 Q-R-S-T-U
11:15 – 11:45 V-W-X-Y-Z
Tomorrow (17-03) you will receive the first weekly schedule for your child. After that, you can expect the weekly schedule on Friday after 2 pm for the following week.
